1> Choosing Teaware: usually you can choose some big and thick tea wares. Generally with thick-walled teapot to infuse, and transparent glass tea pot is also good and easy to view the tea soup.

2> Taking tea: for the compressed tea, please using tea knife to take tea around 8g.

3> Waking Tea: compressed tea should be infused for about 30 seconds at the first brewing, loose tea about 8 seconds. Then flow out the water. Awaking tea is to fully wet tea, raise the temperature of tea and tea pots, so that for the better tea soup of second brewing.

4> Water options: general drinking water works, and spring water, well water, mineral water, pure water is better. Why are the “Golden Flowers” more in New Fu Brick Tea, and less in aging Fu Brick tea?

The things about Hua Juan Tea Series

What is the difference between 6 kinds of tea?

In China, there have 6 kinds of teas which are Green Tea, Black Tea, Dark Tea, Yellow Tea, Oolong Tea, White Tea.

Actually, all the different kinds of tea come from the same plant (Camellia sinensis). The differences of 6 kinds of tea lie in their processing, particularly, the fermentation degree that the leaves undergo.
